I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative journey of self-exploration. I am genuinely curious to know more about my clients to create a personalized treatment plan for each. My approach is strength-based and grounded in real-life challenges that people face every day. Whether you’re navigating parental or professional burnout, anxiety or identity issues, I’m here to help.
Together, we’ll focus on balancing personal and professional needs, improving communication with others, and finding inner peace. I provide a safe, affirming space where clients feel supported and leave with practical tools they can use independently.
My goal is to help you to reconnect with a better, happier part of yourself. Therapy with me is a place where you feel heard and equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion.
I use a blend of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to support clients in navigating life’s challenges. My work is grounded in approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
Every person is unique, and therapy should be too. My approach is designed to help clients feel supported and confident as they move toward their goals.
