It can be hard to know what you need when everything just feels like too much. You or your child may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or struggling with confidence while trying to navigate the pressures and expectations of an ever-changing world. Therapy with me can offer a space to slow things down, feel heard, make sense of what’s coming up, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to you.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem or identity. I understand how much pressure can come during these stages of life, particularly in a world shaped by social media, comparison, perfectionism, and constantly changing expectations.
My approach is client-centred, relational, and compassionate, drawing from mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches We work together to discover which approaches aligns best with you. I’m interested not only in what you’re thinking, but also in how your experiences show up in your body, relationships, and sense of self.
Whether you’re coming to therapy with a specific concern or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right, you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I would be honoured to support you exactly as you are.
