Support for Trauma and PTSD, Substance Use, and Grief
If you are here, you might be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or weighed down by challenges that feel hard to manage on your own. Maybe you are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, intense emotions, relationship struggles, addictions, or a loss of direction. You may want clarity, balance, and support to face these challenges. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to manage it alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and guided toward positive change.
I combine a person-centred, compassionate approach with practical, evidence-based tools, including Trauma Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Together, we focus on your strengths, goals, and resilience to develop strategies that help you manage stress, PTSD and navigate life’s challenges.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focusing on your unique needs, strengths, and goals at a pace that feels right for you. I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults, individually or as couples, to heal, grow, and build resilience. I offer a free consultation call to explore how therapy can help you move forward.
