Life can change quickly when your body, relationships, or sense of self begin to shift. You might be navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, or the emotional weight of caring for others while quietly struggling yourself. Maybe you don’t recognize your body or emotions the way you used to, or you feel disconnected from your partner at a time when you expected to feel closer than ever.

I support women through perinatal mental health, women’s health concerns, and significant life transitions, as well as couples navigating infidelity, relationship strain, or preparing for marriage. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, grieving a loss, or questioning your relationship, therapy offers a space where your experience is taken seriously and met with care.

My approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies to help you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself and those you love. In couples work, we focus on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and creating emotional safety, especially after betrayal or during high-stress seasons such as pregnancy or the postpartum period.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to meet you where you are. There are no quick fixes here, only thoughtful support, honest conversations, and space to breathe without judgment. You deserve care that honours both your emotional and relational needs.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and connected, I would be honoured to walk alongside you. This is a safe, inclusive space for all bodies, identities, and relationships.

Couples & Fertility Therapist in Ontario | Support for Infidelity, Women’s Wellness, and Rebuilding Trust

You didn’t expect your relationship to feel this hard. Maybe you and your partner keep missing each other. Every conversation turns into a misunderstanding, or you’re tiptoeing around resentment that’s been growing for years. Maybe you're navigating the heartbreak of fertility struggles, betrayal, or postpartum changes that no one warned you about. The truth is, love doesn't come with a roadmap and trying to hold everything together while carrying your own pain is exhausting.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your relationship, overwhelmed by fertility challenges, or grieving the intimacy you used to have, you're not alone. You might be showing up for everyone else while silently wondering, “What about me?”

Does This Sound Familiar?

You're stuck in a loop of miscommunication, walking on eggshells around your partner, or fighting about the same thing over and over.

You feel like you're carrying the weight of fertility treatments or miscarriage alone, and it's straining your relationship.

You've experienced betrayal or infidelity, and you’re unsure if repair is even possible, but you want to try.

You're navigating hormonal changes, pregnancy loss, or postpartum shifts that are impacting your identity, confidence, and sense of self.

These challenges can feel isolating. But they don’t have to define your relationship or your future.

How Couples & Women’s Therapy Can Help
I specialize in supporting couples and women through life’s most vulnerable moments. Times when trust is shaken, roles are shifting, or emotional intimacy feels out of reach. Together, we’ll work to:

Rebuild trust and safety after infidelity or betrayal.

Navigate fertility treatments, pregnancy loss, or postpartum changes with compassion and shared understanding.

Strengthen emotional connection and improve communication.

Process anger, grief, and resentment in ways that support growth.

Reconnect with yourself and your partner, even when everything feels uncertain.

This work isn’t about assigning blame; it’s about creating space for honesty, healing, and hope. Whether you’re attending therapy on your own or with your partner, you deserve a space where your pain is met with care and clarity.

You don’t have to carry this alone.
