CCW acknowledges that our work, alongside our community partners, occurs on the traditional territories of Indigenous peoples throughout the province. We hold deep respect for the history, spirituality, and culture of the 46 treaties and other agreements that encompass the land now known as Ontario. We express gratitude for the opportunity to live and work in these territories, recognizing the stewardship of the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples who have cared for this land and its waters for generations. As Treaty People, may we all honour this land with respect and foster peaceful, harmonious relationships among its diverse communities.
