Individual Therapy: Personalized sessions catered to your specific needs, providing a safe space to explore and work through personal challenges, set goals, and foster personal growth.

Couples / Relationship Therapy: Tailored sessions to help couples navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships during transitional phases.

Walk & Talks: WEngage in therapeutic sessions outdoors through "Walk & Talks," providing a comfortable environment to discuss thoughts and emotions while benefiting from the healing effects of nature.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (Kenora / Owen Sound): Experience the unique approach of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, available in our Kenora and Owen Sound locations. This therapy involves interactions with horses to promote emotional growth, self-awareness, and healing during life transitions.

Select Relevant Area of Lifespan (Season)

Identify your current life stage, or "season," to best align with your needs:

Spring (6 - 18 years old): Children / Teens, their parents / caregivers & family.

Summer (19 - 29 years old): Young Adults.

Fall (30 - 64 years old): Middle-Aged Adults.

Winter (65+): Older Adult / Senior & their caregivers and families.

Understanding your current "Season" helps us tailor our services to better cater to your specific life stage and needs, ensuring you receive the most relevant support and guidance during your therapeutic journey from a specialized therapist.

Once you've identified your relevant "Season," you can then choose the Service Location (All Locations offer Virtual in Ontario) that suits you best.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to select a Therapist from our team who specializes in addressing the presenting concern and the "Season" of life you are in.

If you're uncertain about which Therapist or Service Location might be the best fit for you, our Client Care Coordinator is available to assist. They can guide you through this decision-making process, providing insights and recommendations based on your needs and preferences.
