What are your fees?
Psychotherapy is an investment made by the client. You are investing your time, energy, and finances into improving your quality of life, relationships, processing your past experiences, and increasing your mental and emotional well-being overall. The return on your investment is lifelong and the insight, skills, tools, and healing you obtain through therapy continue to grow for years after you leave.
Sessions our structured at our clinic that both Direct Service and Admin Time are included within the total time of your appointment.
- Direct Service time is the actual time your therapist spends with you.
- Admin Time is the time your therapist spends completing documentation, clinical notes, research, preparing materials, contacting other professionals etc.
The sessions breakdown to look like the following:
- 90 minute session (75 minutes direct service / 15 minutes admin time).
- 60 minute session (50 minutes direct service / 10 minutes admin time).
- 30 minute session (25 minutes direct service / 5 minutes admin time).
We have a diverse team of professionals that includes:
- Registered Psychotherapists (RP),
- Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying),
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT Reg. Ont),
- Registered Social Worker (RSW).
- Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW).
At Cambrian Counselling and Wellness, we offer a range of services tailored to meet your needs with various fee options:
- Senior Clinician ($190+): Highly experienced professionals who bring advanced expertise to complex cases and specialized areas of care.
- Psychotherapist ($130): Registered therapists offering high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families.
- Clinical Intern ($65): Supervised graduate-level interns providing accessible therapy with the option of sliding scale fees. These reduced rates allow for affordable care without compromising the quality of service. Please see our low-cost and sliding scale options below. Typically, insurance/benefit plans cover psychotherapy provided by Clinical Interns when they are supervised by a fully qualified clinician (such as Cierra Garrow and Carolyn Voort who supervises all students at the clinic).
